Overview

An opportunity to work for a leading software business supporting internal IT infrastructure and hosted platforms, resolving internal and customer network support issues. Technologies to be supported include Server Operating Systems, LAN/ / WAN technologies and Virtualisation platforms. The successful candidate will be familiar with most of the following: VMWare Windows OS SQL Server MS Exchange Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP Previous exposure to working in an ITIL services environment would be useful.
