Overview
A market leader and head office function are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant for their busy accounts department. This role is a permanent position and you will need to be available on short notice in order to cover the hand over period. Batching, matching and coding invoices Dealing with high volume invoices Process all payables invoices; maintaining a clean Purchase Ledger Check, process and reconcile all company credit card expenditure and expense claims Manage telephone and email queries from suppliers and internal colleagues Assist Finance Manager with preparation of month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations Reconciliation of bank accounts; ensuring supplier payments and client receipts General adhoc transactional duties IT literate with strong EXCEL SAGE and SAP a huge advantage Lovely working environment and friendly team awaits
