IT Technician Based at our client’s Gloucester and Tewkesbury offices Up to £30,000 per annum DOE Plus Benefits including 20 Days’ Holiday & Bank Holidays Do you have a solid grasp of Office 365, Nav and networking? They are now looking for an IT Technician to join them and provide technical support to their employees. As an IT Technician, you will: - Support all hardware, software and associated peripherals - Provide an excellent service to our employees - Work with third party providers to swiftly resolve issues - Ensure the security of our data, network and back-up system - Work from our Gloucester and Tewkesbury sites To be considered as an IT Technician, you will need: - Experience with Office 365, Nav (or another ERP system) and networking, gained through your studies, a professional environment or similar - Good troubleshooting skills - A highly organised approach - A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle Our client is also eager to hear from IT graduates looking to embark on a rewarding career.
