Hardware Engineer

Hardware Engineer Warton 12 Month Contract £41 per Hour umbrella Advantage Resourcing are currently looking for a Hardware Engineer for a global defence organisation based in Warton. This role is a 12 month contract paying £41 per hour LTD. You will be responsible for delivering hardware to the company's stakeholders programmes within allocated budgets and according to the standards in the companies quality management sector. You will be working within the aerospace sector and the company are currently working on new, exciting projects with will challenge your skillset. Your Responsibilities: 1. Hardware Design, both mechanical and electrical 2. Computer Aided Design - using Microsoft Visio software to design modular computing server cabinets 3. Hardware build of modular computing server cabinets, using basic hand and power tools (screwdrivers, spanners, drills, etc.) 4. Configuration activities 5. Documentation and release of built products Your Profile: Microsoft Visio 2010 Professional Hardware and electrical design Good Technical report writing (MS Office tools) Knowledge of and conformance to the MoD JSP480 regulations would be an advantage Previous experience of computing product configuration would be an advantage If you believe that you have the correct skill set for this role please apply or for a confidential conversation about this role please call Sam on 01615198317.
