Overview
Prospero are recruiting for experienced support workers for a care leavers service in Coventry - The ideal candidate must be a driver to be able to travel across 4-6 sites as the young people live independently. As a support worker you will be delivering care and support with a difference. Enabling service users to live a rewarding and fulfilling life. Duties Include: building checks, planning activities, engage with young people, assist young people with domestic duties cooking and cleaning, laundry, housing related support if required, budgeting and managing finances. Checking the safety of each young person and reporting any issues or absent young people Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference check.
