Registered General Nurse Rusthall Lodge £20.00 - £28.00ph excellent benefits Full time / Part time / Weekends Optional Rusthall Lodge is a well-established, ‘not-for-profit’ care home situated close to Tunbridge Wells. We are a successful stand-alone care home that has been in operation for over 50 years. The home enjoys an excellent reputation for providing quality care. The role: Bring your clinical expertise to our closely-knit, dedicated team in an environment that is both hugely rewarding and offers real autonomy to practice. You will ensure that the highest standard of care is delivered to residents in order to comply with the Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety as set down by the Care Quality Commission. Staff supervision and development: lead, motivate and mentor your team - delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the home. Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. Generally promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement. Who we're looking for: • An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient centred care • Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential • A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct • A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis What's in it for you?
