Overview
Azure Architect - Contract - Remote Day Rate - £500-£550 Cloud Decisions have once again teamed up with one of the UK's leading Microsoft Partners as they look to bring in an experienced Azure Architect for an initial 2 month engagement (potential for extensions project dependant). As an organisation, they work with some of the UK's most complex and challenging Microsoft Cloud solutions, helping large scale enterprise customers (10,000 user environments) to design and deliver their cloud transformation strategy. What you'll be doing and what we need You'll to aligned to a project delivery team tasked with helping to design (HLD/LLD) and implement an enterprise scale Azure solutions. For this we'll need you to have experience in: - Scoping and designing Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions - Understanding and experience deploying Azure through automation tools (Powershel, ARM, Azure DevOps) - Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework(Blueprints, Landing Zones etc) - Strong understanding of Azure subscriptions, governance, compliance and security - Azure monitoring tool implementation including Azure Lighthouse, Security Center, Log analytics Given the current state of affairs, the recruitment process and initial delivered of this projects remotely, interacting with internal teams and external customers via Microsoft collaboration tools. As the situation develops, the model of working will be reviewed to ensure the successful delivery of the customer project.
