Role: Payroll Administrator Salary: £20,000 Location: Chesterfield Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a company located in Chesterfield on a permanent basis. This is a fun and vibrant business, who have a friendly and approachable team, which you will be part of as Payroll Administrator. The Role & Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator - Check and raise queries on information received - Calculate payroll gross net - Send BACS files to the bank - Calculate and input journals on an MRP system - Reconcile and balance all deductions from payroll - Process all HMRC notifications received - Process all court orders - Maintain all payroll related records for SSP, SMP SPP - Send payments to bank - Balance sheet reconciliations - Reconcile PAYE and NI end of month and send to accounts for payment - Process year end to HMRC and distribute P60'sEnd of year balance sheet reconciliations - Maintain p11d Requirements of Payroll Administrator - Previous Payroll experience - Have worked on smaller payrolls but had full responsibility previously - Attention to detail - now this is KEY What will you get in return - Be part of a vibrant environment - Free parking - A fabulous Manager - A friendly place to work Type 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Working Hours 37.5 per week
