Salesforce Product Owner - Leeds - £55,000 A company based in the North are looking for a Salesforce Product Lead to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the potential of the Salesforce platform is maximised. The Company -Supportive and innovative culture -Growing Salesforce team Key Responsibilities -Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their immediate and future needs, manage expectations, gather requirements, and work with the team to translate these into solutions -Hands on configuration- Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder etc -Training users on the platform and ensuring it is utilised efficiently and effectively -Managing a small team of Product Owners Key Requirements -Strong experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager with experience managing direct reports -Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating into solutions, ensuring implementation and adoption is smooth -Experience managing small teams -Exposure to Salesforce and a variety of technologies a bonus Interviews are taking place next week, so please apply now and we will schedule a call to discuss the role in more detail
