Looking for a exciting challenge in your career working as a Children`s Residential Support Worker? Working for an established organisation rated `Outstanding` by Ofsted, providing support to Children and Young People with Behavioural Needs and Special Educational Needs. Your responsibilities will be assisting in the day to day functions of the home, providing emotional care and support to the young person and encourage their social and intellectual development. This role will suit a dedicated and positive individual with excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative. Ideally you will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People and you must hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own car. This is a full time position with a excellent starting salary of £25,000 inclusive of 2 sleeps per week plus exciting training and professional development.
