There is an exciting opening for a junior company commercial solicitor with at least 1 year's post-qualification experience to join this well established firm in the Blackwater Valley area. This forward thinking Legal 200 law firm has a proven track record for success and this vacancy has consequently come about due to growth; the department is headed by a Magic Circle trained solicitor who has an exceptional ability to support career development. You will be handling high quality general company commercial matters on behalf of companies and owner-managed businesses dealing with acquisitions & disposals, management buyouts, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and commercial agreements. This position as a junior company commercial solicitor will give you the autonomy to handle your own caseload with a supportive team and will offer exposure to a wide range of clients in the local area.
