What We Do Gnatta is a SaaS business, supplying software to companies of all sizes. Our product range consists of a series of tools that facilitate communication across both B2B and B2C organisations. Whether these are customers contacting retailers about an order, an internal department contacting a warehouse to chase a delivery, or even a HR/Finance department using it to respond to Payroll queries from colleagues - Gnatta covers all the bases. Think about all those times you’ve called a company, jumped on a webchat, or battered a brand publicly on Twitter. Gnatta makes sense of all this and brings it together so, as a business, you get a view of the entire customer conversation. Gnatta currently offers the following channels: Webchat Email Twitter Facebook Telephony SMS Apple Business Chat WhatsApp Overview The Commercial Administrator is responsible for assisting, managing and supporting various parts of the sales funnel. Correct management of this sales funnel is critical to the commercial success of the business. Duties and Responsibilities Support the generation of quotes Help potential customers throughout the sales journey Support the production of proposals for customers Ensure the CRM and all data entry is up to date Preparing (and at times presenting) forecasts the Exec team Prepare commission calculations Ensure deals are being given the right amount of attention with suitable follow ups Keep sales on track by chasing internal commercial team members for updates Arranging sales meetings Liaising with other areas of the business to support sales requirements Essential Skills Administration experience Computer literate - including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Exceptional communication skills Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders Attention to detail Data orientated and able to work well with numbers and forecasts Excellent phone manner Exceptionally well organised A good general standard of education including Maths and English Grade 9-4 (A - C) (or equivalent) or Level 2 literacy and Numeracy is essential. Desired Skills Experience working with a contact centre management tool or CRM Knowledge and experience of the SaaS sector Forecasting experience Have a full, clean UK driving license Start Date: ASAP UPDATE: Due to the current events surrounding COVID-19, we will not be holding face to face interviews for this role at present.
