My client is looking for a Junior Front End Web-Developer to join their growing team. They should be driven, enthusiastic and eager to learn new things. I This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their skills and career. Your new role As a Junior Front End Web-Developer, you will work alongside the Marketing Team on several website projects, using your technical/coding skills to improve the functions/design of websites both within the company and for clients. What you'll need to succeed A degree in a web related field or equivalent experience Experience of PHP programming, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & standard plugins. Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code Theme/Template integration - Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues Use of jQuery / AJAX / HTML / CSS / Javascript Experience using Google Analytics/Search Console, Tag Manager, Call Tracking etc. (desirable but not essential) Basic understanding of SEO/Technical SEO (desirable but not essential) What you'll get in return Flexible working options available. 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year (up to 25 days) Regular team activities Modern, enjoyable working environment 1-hour lunch Early finish on a Friday What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
