IFA/ Financial Adviser - 'Exit Strategies' - North/ North West/ North East /Yorkshire Packages 'tailored' to the individual One of my key clients’, a very well established regional Financial Advisory firm, is looking to speak with Advisers that are potentially looking for an 'exit strategy' at some point in the future. They will look to tailor a package to the individual and are very much open to having 'sensible' discussions around things. They have already successfully done this with 2 Advisers in the last 12 months and structured 2 very different 'exit strategies’, each tailored to the individual Adviser. The key message is that they want you as the Adviser to be happy/ comfortable with them and their proposition and the deal that is structured, as well as your clients’ being happy. They have a great support team in place to ensure clients’ are fully looked after, with their proposition being very much service led with an extremely competitive pricing structure. The firm is question is one that I know very well and have worked with them very closely for the last 2 years’. The senior people in the firm have all worked together for 15-20 years and when people join them, they tend not to leave due to how well the staff are looked after/ treated, along with the clients.
