Accounts Assistant Leisure Burnley Client Details A leading leisure brand requries an ambitous Accounts Assistant to join the company Description Responsibility for the financial reporting of Australia entity including balance sheet reconciliations. Posting daily receipts and payments into SAP. Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses following company authorization process. Dealing with supplier queries which can require extensive communication with wider team. Assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives. Process monthly updates on fixed asset register Completing balance sheet reconciliations for group entities. Support Finance Manager in preparation of the month end board pack where required; Assistance and support for the Finance Manager and wider business on any other ad hoc tasks that arise; Profile Proficient Microsoft Excel user with minimum knowledge of Vlookups and pivot tables Probably experienced in using SAP but experienced in using a standardised ERP. Excellent communication skills, both with relationships externally, and with internal stakeholders; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to multi task and organise accordingly, Advanced attention to detail; Job Offer Competitive salary benefits On site parking
