Overview
Established client in the Horsham area seek a Financial Controller to join their existing team. Reporting to the MD this role will be responsible for managing and improving company's financial performance and help drive the business forward. Duties will include: Managing accounting records Ensuring compliance to regulations Risk management Financial Statements Overseeing accounting operations Financial Analysis Budgeting and forecasting Monitoring expenditure Ideal candidate will have solid all round experience gained in a similar role and be used to working within a small business and have the ability to drive a business forward. Strong IT and communication skills essential as is some exposure to Xero
