Overview
Develop a rewarding career as a Trainee Personal and Estate Protection Adviser working from home with NO EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED. EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PART OR FULL TIME - HOURS TO SUIT YOU We are looking to take on Individuals with no previous experience in financial services and help train them become qualified advisers in mortgages, protection and estate planning. We are unique in that we not only provide support to help you achieve the Nationally Recognised Qualification in the Industry we train you in THE ROLE OF THE ADVISOR. This is in our opinion is more important as this teaches you what an advisor does on a day to day basis. We offer an initial training apprenticeship role which enables you to 'earn while you learn'. This gains you the experience in the industry as well as earning money while you are going through the training. You can still continue with your current role while doing the training and start full time only when you are confident and happy to do so , taking away any initial pressure. At the end of the training period, during which time you will have have been earning while training rather than sat in a classroom, we can look at either self employed or employed packages to suit. You will be in total control of your income as an advisor, you will need to be organised and able to run your own diary, helping our clients by providing a professional service. Main tasks and duties: As a Mortgage, Protection and Estate Planning advisor you will be client facing by speaking to client on the phone and/or visiting clients in their own homes to give them advise in Mortgages/Remortgages Personal Protection Estate Protection The company will provide you with full training in their products and services, with enough know-how which will give you the recipe to be successful and enjoy a substantial income. Essential Requirements: No minimum working experience but good communication skills and personality. Realistic income £50-100k OTE Part Time or Full Time Work From Home Uncapped commission Access to Lead generation Flexible working hours, you manage your own diary Comprehensive and on-going training creating the recipe for success in this industry Marketing support To cover set up costs there maybe a refundable fee of £250.
