Overview
Our client is a well established and reputable garage equipment installation company with a reputation for supplying and installing high-end garage and MOT equipment, ranging from lifts and wheel alignment systems to MOT bays, car ramps and much more. They are a national company with coverage all over the UK and due to an increase in business and opportunities they are seeking a field service engineer, ideally based around the Birmingham area, to join their team. You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repairing and calibrating garage equipment including MOT stations and vehicle lifting equipment for their customer base including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Vauxhall, VW , BMW and commercial vehicle sites as well. You will be a mechanical and electrical trained engineer with the confidence to be able to provide training on the equipment to the customer base. This is a Monday to Friday role and their may be some travel and overnight stays involved. The company offers a £28,000 basic salary plus overtime, vehicle and excellent benefits.
