930151 Business Systems Associate Permanent Location - Dundee Salary - competitive Our client is a leading Technology Company providing Audio Visual and Lighting Solutions to an impressive customer portfolio within the Health, Fitness, Leisure and Retail Industries. Our client, develop facility technology solutions backed-up with a wealth of relevant industry knowledge, detailed creative expertise and solid technical design capabilities. The role: Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will be a key player in the implementation, support, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the company’s ERP System, Infor CloudSuite Industrial. Being someone that learns fast, you will quickly be expected to understand business process and surrounding application functionality thereby becoming a knowledgeable champion of the solution that is one of the go-to people to support the business. As you will ultimately be supporting a wide range of internal customers and issues, someone that enjoys problem solving is essential. You will be well organised, reliable and trustworthy with a positive outlook. You will have a can-do proactive approach, and can work to tight deadlines and deliver. Excellent communication skills and ability to multi task are essential for this role. Key Deliverables: Be a champion for the ERP solution Be instrumental in delivering a successful implementation for the ERP solution Providing ongoing varying levels of timely and quality application support to all staff both onsite and remotely, whilst maintaining support issue records Liaise, coordinate, schedule with other departments and IT team as necessary to resolve any application related issues Documentation: creation / amendment of agreed business process, flows and related procedures and training material Scheduling and delivery of channelled training programmes to users at all levels Accurate and timely system master data maintenance Ongoing involved participation in any business system meetings Assist in identifying, documenting and implementing new systems / functionality and process Working with and escalating issues to external application support partners as required whilst maintaining full ownership internally Aid in the continuous improvement of both the solution and business process by identifying areas that can be improved To work with the Business Systems Manager on any other ad hoc requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Experience of supporting / implementing an ERP or other integrated system Analytical skills Ability to understand, and challenge business process Planning & Organisational skills Problem solving abilities Customer facing skills including ability to train users Documentation preparation Willingness / capability to learn new applications An understanding of relational databases and integrated systems, and ideally experience of using report writers / dashboard tools Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel formulas
