Overview

We are an independent, established residential sales and lettings company in Brighton and are looking for an Inventory Clerk and Administrator to join our Lettings team This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, looking to progress their career within the property industry. We are looking for a confident, articulate, motivated person who has a positive and proactive attitude towards day to day tasks. The role is a mix of office and field based duties, conducting property visits to carry out inspections and inventory duties. Administrative tasks are to ensure smooth communication between us and our clients, making sure any highlighted points within their properties are dealt with by us quickly and efficiantly. This is a brand new role so the ideal candidate will have some experience within the inventory/property management sector and hold a full, clean UK driving licence. Permanent Full Time Role: £18,000 - £22,000 Per Annum Hours: 8:45am to 6pm Monday - Friday. Saturdays are worked when required with a weekday in lieu.
