We are recruiting Night or Day Registered Nurse to join our wonderful team at Barham House Nursing Home. We offer £1000 incentive to the successful candidate who joins our dedicated nursing team. £500 to be paid after 1 month of employment and the rest £500 to be paid after 6 months of employment. We are looking for candidates who are able to: To work with other care providers or professional colleagues to ensure the Service Users best interests are identified and plans established to meet them. Ensure all required CQC standards are adhered to and that staff are supervised in accordance with the requisite of the CQC. Continually assess the health, safety and wellbeing of the residents in the home. Ensure the Service Users have given their consent prior to any examination, care, treatment or support taking place and that all Service Users are treated with respect. Overseeing the rehabilitation program of Service Users. Performing medical tasks required such as installing IVs, catheters and other monitoring equipment. Assist in the dispensing of medication. Performing administrative duties to ensure that appropriate records are maintained for each Service User and that effective contact is maintained with all other professionals involved. Liaising with all employees, Service Users and Families and other professions to ensure safe and co-ordinated care is given to the service users. Contributing to the team effort.
