West Kent Community Mental Health Team Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Grade: AFC band 5 & 6 Salary: £24,214 - £37,267 pa Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week This is a great time to get involved. The first major investment programme in two decades has been announced by Kent’s clinical commissioning groups, allowing us to expand our secondary care community services for younger adults. So are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join an innovative Community Mental Health Team within West Kent? Are you highly motivated and a qualified Mental Health Nurse? There is opportunity for flexi working, part time work and/or secondment posts. If you are then this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for, these are new posts due to the investment from the CCG’s. You can be based at either Tunbridge Wells or Maidstone depending on your location however the posts will provide services to both locations so the ability to travel between both sites is required. We are looking to recruit to a number of posts including:- Community Mental Health Nurse, Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse, Band 5 We would like to invite you to attend our open day; this will enable you to see for yourself the excellent work that is carried out in our Community Mental Health Teams. You will be able to meet members of our West Kent Community Team that can talk to you about the services they provide to the local community.
