Do you have proven GDPR experience? Do you have a background in Information Security or IT Audit and Risk Management? Are you keen to take on a Senior Leadership role? Type: Permanent Location: Warrington Salary: £50-70,000 Per Annum Excelerate is partnering with a global leader in working capital finance who is expanding their security team and keen to bring on an experienced Head of Information Security to help drive forward and manage the Information Security capability within the company. As the Head of Information Security, you will be working closely with the IT Service Delivery team, and ensure employees receive effective security awareness and education. Responsibilities for the Head of Information Security will include (but are not limited to): • Manage all teams, employees and third parties involved in IT Security, also liaising with Senior Stakeholders to drive forward effective management of Cyber and Information Security and compliance. •Take responsibility for improving and managing the security control environment and lessen overall risk with the business. •Take the lead and schedule, monitor and coordinate security audits, deliver effective risk identification (ISO27001) •Provide second line support for security related processes. Skills required for the Head of Information Security include (but are not limited to): •Proven experience with SO27001 and ISO27001 Qualified is a must •An understanding of the current threat landscape is desirable •Qualifications in CISM, CISSP or CEH •5 years experience in a Senior Security role We are keen to hear from experienced and driven individuals, looking to start a new chapter in their career.
