Family Lawyer - King’s Lynn Salary: Dependant on experience Our client offers legal help and advice that can be accessed whenever it is needed. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Family Lawyer , within their king’s Lynn office . Due to internal progression, our client is now looking for a 4 year PQE lawyer. Knowledge of some or all of the following disciplines would be advantageous:- divorce, civil partnership dissolution, financial issues that follow a relationship breakdown, children issues such as child contact arrangements and residence disputes, advice and preparation of Cohabitation Agreements, Separation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Change of Name Deeds. The successful candidate will be joining a team comprising of a Solicitor Director, and a Paralegal with 2 full time secretaries.
