Overview
Do you have a great customer service background? With a great telephone manner? Then apply today for this great opportunity This is what you’ll be doing: Deliver high level of customer service at all times in line with the company policy. Handle all customer queries, requests and payments in both phone calls, emails and live session chats. Provide accurate information on products and services. Other office administration The experience you’ll bring to the team: Previous experience dealing with customers in a busy, regulated environment. Experience of providing customer services to the best of your ability. Strong communication skills and self-motivated. Great telephone manner.
