My client is looking for an experienced IRO to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic local authority. The management pride themselves on offering regular supervision along with ongoing support. You will be part of a friendly supportive team. You will need to have experience of undertaking IRO role including chairing statutory reviews and child protection conferences. This role will support the independent nature of the reviewing service, support families facing change and most importantly act as an advocate and work for better outcomes for our young people.
