Description Key responsibilities include: Dealing with all inbound calls ensuring that a high level customer service is provided in a professional and proficient manner deal with any email inquiries Negotiating with clients Chasing on behalf of clients Setting up and completing payment plans Ensuring each case is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner Assess and identify vulnerability and provide support when necessary Profile The successful candidate will have: Experience within customer service Highly motivated Passionate and able to provide a positive customer experience Ability to work to deadlines and targets Highly motivated Job Offer This is a permanent full time position paying a competitive salary with a great benefits package This role will require you to work on a shift pattern basis and you must be able to work on weekends
