Overview

BMR are currently recruiting for a proactive, self-motivated experienced Operations Support Co-ordinator to join the Operations Team, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. The primary purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and provide administrative support to the department. Responsibilities Operations ·Co-ordinating weekly Operations Team meetings  ·Providing job accounting and travel administration support to our Equipment Partners ·Recording costs in our job accounting software ·Overseeing month end accounting responsibilities for the Operations Team, including purchase invoice sign off and reconciling Operations Team credit card statements  ·Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders  ·Preparing hard copy Job Packs for site teams, checking & filing returns  Providing general administrative support to the department Reception ·Manage company switchboard, directing calls as appropriate ·Answering the main entrance door and receiving small deliveries  ·Welcoming visitors, signing them in and preparing refreshments  ·Setting up meeting rooms, including video conferencing & refreshments  ·Franking outgoing mail  ·Managing stationery stock including ordering and organisation  Grocery ordering and distribution between departments when delivery received Travel ·Administering travel arrangements in accordance with Project Co-ordinator requests  ·Managing the shared bookings mailbox, filing emails by job  ·Managing hire car damage claims  Periodically reviewing company-level hire car agreements, ensuring prices remain competitive  ·Completing temporary work notifications & co-ordinating visa applications  ·Maintaining traveller profiles Requirements ·Exceptional organisational skills with very high attention to detail  ·Ability to multi-task, anticipate and respond effectively to changing priorities  ·Flexible, conscientious attitude to work  ·High standard of written & verbal communication, with a confident & professional phone manner  ·Strong interpersonal skills  ·Comfortable working autonomously  · IT literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Special Working Conditions Additional hours, including weekend availability (on call), may be necessary from time to time when required to suit business needs.
