Overview
Do you have previous office based Customer Service experience? Do you have your own transport? Our growing client based in Hams Hall in Coleshill are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join the team. The roles are immediate requirements and interviews and the potential to join as a temporary member of staff with a view to be taken on a permanent contract if you prove yourself. Working hours are shifts between 9am and 8pm flexibility to work all these hours are essential This is a telephone based role but not a call centre, it will require high volume customer service calls but no sales involved. Due to the location, your own vehicle is essential. Duties include: Dealing with volume calls regarding enquiries Processing orders Liaising with internal departments Accurately logging calls Please do not delay in applying as we have immediate interviews.
