Overview
Summary We are looking for an Account Manager to join an expanding and successful company in the North Hampshire area. To be considered for this position, you must have account management experience in the Insurance Repairs (Property) or Restoration Sector. You will be based in the client’s office in the North Hampshire area and the role will involve some travel so a driving licence is essential. Job role and responsibilities This is a new role within the business, reporting to the Operations Director, where you will assist in managing the relationships with existing clients and identifying possible growth opportunities. Areas of responsibilities will include: Managing existing client relationships Review and analyse claim data and trends Identify business development opportunities and assist the company in reaching their growth targets Assist with client review meetings To support the claims teams, ensure they understand the client’s needs What skills/experience will you need? For this Account Manager role, you will need: Proven track record as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager with the Insurance Repairs / Restoration industry. Excellent negotiation skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to communicate at all levels Due to the travel involved in the role, you must be able to drive. Package details The basic salary is in the region of £30-40k, depending on experience. As this is a new role for the business, we will also consider applications from Business Development Managers from the Insurance Repairs/ Restoration sector who are perhaps looking for a higher salary.
