Development Officer

Are you an experienced Development Officer available for a 6 month fixed term contract, able to work outside of usual office hours; including evenings and occasionally weekends with a Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes? If so, please read on We are working with a Not for Profit Monmouthshire based Organisation who are looking to recruit such a person to start May 2020 for approximately 6 months. Key Responsibilities: · To conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the organisation is achieving the outcomes that matter to them · Attend activities, small group and one to one sessions · To develop and review individual goal plans ensuring all changes are noted on a customer relationship management (CRM) database. · Deliver presentations and attend events as required to promote the Programme. · Host Panel meetings as and when required. · Monitor and evaluate service quality including user/purchaser feedback. General · To be committed to safeguarding and promoting the rights of others · To demonstrate a commitment to quality by contributing to the maintenance and future achievements within the Charity’s Quality Award process and other standards · To comply with the Code of Practice and Code of Conduct for employees · To contribute to the organisation’s public profile and influence / foster good relations with statutory and voluntary bodies · To carry out all duties in a professional and polite manner and in line with our values: You`ll already be able to demonstrate: · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to work independently · Effective presentation skills · Ability to work as part of a team · Ability to manage own time and workload and respond to and prioritise a range of competing demands · Effective networking skills · Excellent IT skills The salary on offer is £21,000 per annum.
