Test Lead – London – FX client – up to £75K Bonus Stock Options Key skills: Lead QA, Automation testing, Java, Agile/TDD/BDD One of London’s fastest growing FX start-ups are looking to bring on-board a Lead Test Analyst with a solid background in Automation testing. There is no requirement for you to have a background in FX or Finance, but having experience of testing highly transactional applications is important in this position. The business throughout 2019 have grown rapidly and are now firmly part of the 5 Trillion Dollar a day market The successful candidate will be joining a growing Engineering team of IT professionals based in the City of London, so we are looking for someone to work full time in the London office. You will be the lead Tester a small team of Testers building a world-class test automation framework in Java. We are ideally looking for someone with solid experience in the following: Ability to write and build out automated test cases Proficient in Java coding Competent using BDD test approaches Strong knowledge of Automation test tools like Selenium Strong communication skills Able to work to tight deadlines Any experience working in the FX, FinTech or Finance industries or similar space would be advantageous but not essential.
