Overview
Pro1 Recruitment are seeking Warehouse Supervisors / Team Leaders to work in a busy, fast paced chilled and frozen warehouse environment. The business is an expanding enterprise that specialise in the home delivery market. We are looking for Warehouse Supervisors / Team Leaders with experience in the following divisions Freezer Dispatch Picking/Packing Goods-in General night shift (10% shift premium) The operation for this Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader role runs 7 days per week. So you will be required to work any 5 out of 7 days which will include some weekends. You will be reporting directly in to a Front Line Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of no more than 30 colleagues. To be suitable for this Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader role you will be a quick learner, a team player, KPI orientated and above all you will lead by example at all times.
