Attracting professional, friendly and talented staff, is genuinely important to them The Job: We are delighted to be assisting our client for a PA for our client in their Banking team, to cover a maternity leave contract of 13 months. Developing and maintaining exemplary positive internal and external client and PA relationships Dealing with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and providing effective transfer of information Proactively taking responsibility for travel arrangements, conference bookings and meeting room bookings in advance Telephone cover for the fee earners when required Anticipating and avoiding potential diary clashes, providing skype or VC details for all organised meetings in advance Monitoring and assisting with management of mailboxes Taking ownership and management of relevant email distribution lists Playing an active role in managing the billing process, working closely with our accounts team Collating and processing of expenses including proactive management Working closely with colleagues to ensure all admin is dealt with in a timely manner including: Filing, scanning of post, drafting correspondence and communications File opening, assisting with CDD requirements, closing / arranging off-site storage of files Checking and scheduling of deeds Working closely across teams to ensure work is completed by the appropriate persons The Person: For this role our client is looking for someone who has relevant legal PA & administration skills and experience, who is able to use their own initiative, has first class organisational skills and can be an integral team player.
