Do you have an eye for irregularities? If you are fluent in German and confident on the phone we have a unique opportunity for you to pursue a new career You could to join a German speaking team to support customers of Deutsche Bank with Credit Card Fraud. Excellent training is provided. This is an exciting opportunity which will give you financial and customer service experience as well as the chance to learn new skills. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE. You will: · Track account activity · Investigate and follow up any instances where transactions appear to be suspicious · Be the first point of contact for customers who have been the victim of fraud and provide information regarding which documentation is required You need: · Fluent (to near native level) verbal and written German language skills · Good English skills · Professional telephone manner · Good attention to detail You get: · Salary: £23,500 per annum · 29 days holiday (incl.
