Digital Product Owner / Product Manager (Scaled Agile). Are you an accomplished Digital Product Owner looking for your next challenge? Hugely successful technology company is seeking a Digital Product Owner to work on their strong pipeline of projects, using up to the minute and emerging technologies like Virtual Reality and WiFi technology. The core product is a graphic display that generates large scale digital visualisations for big name clients, creating the ultimate viewer experience. As a Digital Product Owner, you'll help maximise business value delivered by multiple teams within the business, ensuring consensus is achieved across development teams and relevant stakeholders. You'll take the lead on managing one of more of the company's accomplished development teams, driving the delivery of features and ensuring they have a strategic overview of the backlog at all times. In this Digital Product Owner position, you'll be based in brand new state of the art offices where you could take advantage of custom built Scrum stand-up rooms, abundant networking opportunities and specialised tech meet ups, as well as an individually-tailored training programme designed to support you develop your craft. Requirements: You are an expert Product Owner who has a wealth of industry experience You have experience managing engineering teams with a strong understanding of the SDLC You have good working knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFE, DAD) You have a broad understanding of design principles in relation to product development You are a self-assured communicator, confident in a leadership position As a Digital Product Owner you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £75k) plus a comprehensive benefits package including flexible working (core hours 1000-1600), life assurance, generous pension contribution, subsidised gym membership and more.
