They are world leaders in providing insurance for classic cars and bike owners. They are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a shared interest in cars/ bikes to join the team. Benefits : Hours - 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month 9am-1pm Holiday - 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Gym and Cafe on site Team events Free Parking Pension Private Health care Death in service benefits Competitive Bonus Structure after the initial probation The Role: Telephone customer service- advising best options to customers requirements Understanding of database functionality Providing quotations and various administration duties Dealing with all enquires in a professional manner whilst sharing an interest in cars Working as part of the team to support with queries Being able to converse at all levels with customers Data Entry Required: Excellent communication skills Strong PC skills High level of customer service experience Previous insurance/ automotive industry experience is desired but not essential Interest in cars/ bikes classic vehicles is essential Must Drive due to location
