Part Qualified Management Accountant - Leeds City Centre - Study Support Axon Moore are proud to be exclusively recruiting for a property business based in Leeds City Centre. This company is currently experiencing unrivalled growth and is looking to expand its finance team with the addition of a Part Qualified accountant to assist the Group FC. The business has been growing at a steady rate over the past couple of years and has recently embarked on creating a new arm to the business, giving them an edge to their competitors. With the business expected to triple its turnover in the next couple of years this is perfect time to join. With beautiful open plan offices based in the heart of Leeds you will be in walking distance from the shops, bars and excellent commuter links. Working alongside senior management, your role will be to manage a small team of transactional staff and assist them in completing management accounts for their clients. You will be in charge of ad hoc projects alongside the MD and the GFC to help the business and the team reach its full potential. You will take control of the year end process and help to assist and train more junior members in the team on the processes. Also you will be developing relationships the wider business and helping promote the finance team. With a team of 5 with varying experiences your role will include day to day management and training, so experience of this some advantageous. Knowledge of service charges is essential for this role, as you will be producing accounts and reporting on these for clients on a monthly bases. You will be commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
