Overview

Netwirking Ltd are working with an energy broker in Gateshead who are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to add to their team. A background in B2B energy would be highly advantageous but other industries will be considered. Key Responsibilities include: Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions Manage accounts receivable and payable Credit Control - speaking to clients about payment and ensuring invoicing information is correct Daily use of Excel spread sheets for job monitoring Ensuring invoicing information is correct, keeping records of payments Filing, photocopying and scanning Any other ad hoc duties as and when required About You: Good knowledge of Excel Good time management skills Excellent telephone manner Excellent attention to detail Good organisational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Good general IT knowledge
