Overview

Personal Assistant. This rare role is for a Personal Assistant to a highly regarded, entrepreneurial business leader and Group Chairman of this sector leading privately owned international consumer goods organisation. This is a varied and fast paced role and will suit an experienced PA that has a track record of working for C - level executives in a busy, demanding entrepreneurial and people-centric environment. You will be an excellent communicator highly organised, discreet and diplomatic and will be component in juggling multiple tasks and activities. You will be able to anticipate needs and also be able to work collaboratively as part of the wider Executive team. The role will encompass the following: Comprehensive secretarial support including managing incoming post, full management of the Chairman’s personal emails, filing, handling correspondence, calls, and messages. Preparation of charity presentations, letters, documents and speaking notes. Collaborating with the BA regarding the Chairman’s diary when scheduling personal travel plans and itineraries; ensuring social and private events are planned cohesively. Manage arrangements for the Chairman’s family holidays. Full charity support including organising correspondence for the family charitable foundation and responses to requests for charitable donations. Provide ad hoc support for other family members. Management of expenses and payments for Chairman’s private affairs and charities. Manage & prepare material for charity speaking events. Maintain and monitor all private household property utilities and car paperwork. Organise extensive social engagements both private & charitable Your Skills and background will encompass the following: Experience of working with an entrepreneurial Chairman / high net worth business leader in fast paced, commercial environment. Excellent numerical and analytical skills PC literate with expert knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint including mail merge. Solid MS Excel skills Resilient, able to deal with ambiguity. Hands on, prepared to take on ad-hoc and practical tasks. Able to multitask with strong time management skills.
