Area Manager Childrens Services - Haywards Heath

A large group of childrens homes based across the Sussex area is currently looking for a new area manager to support the Directors and Management team with the overall management of the care provision and to assist in the strategic management and development of care services. The role will involve promoting positive behaviour standards across the 4 homes in the area and also working within organisational standards and framework already set out. The focus is on delivering a consistent high performance and a high standard of care service is given at all times. You must have excellent up to date knowledge of OFSTED requirements and be able to promote a positive working environment in the homes. The role requires a candidate who is driven and passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people in care. Duties include: - Supporting management to ensure compliance is met. - Implementing care plans. - Attending LAC meetings.
