Support Worker job in Plymouth, providing care and support to Adults with Learning Disabilities & complex need Your new company This wonderful organisation based in Plymouth is looking to recruit Support workers for both day and night shifts on a bank staff basis to provide high quality care and support to service users with Learning disabilities and complex needs. You will be working closely with the staff at the home ensuring day to day duties are completed and residents are supported and cared for. Your new role In your new role you will be working closely with the service users on a bank staff basis. This organisation is looking for experienced and knowledgeable support workers to work with its service users to maximise their independence and ensure their needs are met to a high standard. You will need a strong understanding and experience of Learning disabilities and complex needs, as you will be required to hit the ground running.
