Commercial Manager Colchester This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious Commercial Manager to join the supplier negotiation team. This role is for someone with the right approach and application to join an exciting supplies company as they rapidly expand nationwide. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager role will include: o Negotiating the best deal purchasing agreements o With the team, creating pricing structures o Identifying new product ranges and suppliers o Support to both managers and estimators in their pricing and queries o Providing a point of contact for suppliers o Attending events, shows and exhibitions to network and identify better product deals o Identifying new product ranges and suppliers o With support from the other Commercial Managers, provide direct assistance to the Commercial Director o A good level of competency with Excel is a must. Experience in either a similar role or a related industry is preferred. o Key personality traits would be a keen grasp of numbers and an enthusiastic, dynamic, 'can do' attitude. The role is mainly office based, there is travel to suppliers/exhibitions involved in this role. UK based with no overseas travel. Due to the role requirements, you will need your own transport.
