Case File Fact Checker - Financial Advising Practice Location: Manchester Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 Our Client is an Award Winning Chartered Financial Planning Practice, who due to their ongoing growth are now seeking an additional 'Case File Checker' to join their professional and expanding team. Working from their offices based in Central Manchester the successful Candidate will be responsible for providing Administration support to the PTS Advise Supervisor by gathering and checking information in respect of client case files, whilst offer a first-class professional service to all. Responsibilities To make fact check calls to clients and providers as necessary in a friendly and professional manner at all times. To proactively chase file information to support the PTS Advice and Paraplanning teams. Prepare for calls by reviewing missing fact find information from client files. Accurately update the system by entering information onto client files in a timely manner. Explain to clients in detail and in context when challenged as to why specific information is necessary. To undertake other related duties as requested by the PTS Supervisor. Benefits: Holidays: 23 days per year plus 8 statutory holidays 4 times annual salary Death In Service Up to 5% matched pension contribution after one month's service. Annual Leave Purchase Scheme Birthday off with Pay The successful candidate will need to have previous Administration office experience, ideally gained within Financial Services, although this is not essential/ You will have excellent Microsoft and Excel skills solid communication and interpersonal skills.
