Finance Administrator Job, up to £18k DOE Your new company Hays is proud to be partnered with a forward thinking private sector organisation based in West Lothian. They are looking to add a junior finance administrator to help support the Finance and Sales team. Your new role You will be supporting the sales and finance team by creating invoices for issue to finance company and setting up billing contracts on company database. You will be in charge of updating monthly deal lists with turnover and profit and ensuring sales incentive points are kept up to date, settling customers existing finance and ensuring month end process is completed within deadline. What you'll need to succeed You will be tenacious and resilient and be able to articulate with demonstrable communication skills. You will have strong IT skills - excel essential and have strong organisational and planning abilities with the ability to work well in a team.
