Are you an experienced residential support worker looking for your next role? Do you enjoy working with Children and Young People? Huxton Resourcing are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work with our well-established client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Our client provides residential support for children and young people with special education needs, learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural needs. These are positions that require immediate starts due to the requirements of the children and young people. The right candidates for this position must have the following: need an empathetic approach to create a warm, safe and stimulating environment and be able to relate positively to young people. good verbal and written communication skills, along with enthusiasm, insight and creativity. A minimum NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People Experience supporting children or young adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviour. Our client invests heavily in their staff and their progression and they will provide excellent professional development. We are currently looking for waking night staff and day staff who can commit to a weekly shift patter to maintain consistency for the children and young people.
