Global Fashion Brand Excellent Company Benefits Accounts Payable / Imports Coordinator My client is a Leading Global Fashion brand, still family owned but within excess of 1000 employees and a £200M global turnover. They’re looking to hire an Accounts Payable / Imports Coordinator to join the global Imports team in the Manchester office. Key responsibilities: · Adhering to current purchasing / authorisation policies and procedures · Creating / raising Purchase Orders · Coding Invoices · Liaising with manager regarding coding of invoices · Liaise with the global warehouses UK, PN , US · Along with Group Imports Manager, develop departmental documentation and introduce team-wide to ensure consistency of approach · Deliver key business KPIs e.g. DOT, budget, Costings, VAT · Liaise with buying teams in the UK and Asia · Maintaining a log of invoices received · Matching delivery notes to purchase orders and invoices, requesting proof of delivery where necessary. · Making BACS payments · General accounts office administration · Assisting other areas of the department when required For this you will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 base , plus excellent Benefits and the chance to progress
