A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Charity Shop Assistant Manager to work in a vibrant environment on a temporary basis, starting immediately this role is paying up to £9 per hour based in Gerrards Cross. The working hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Wednesday and Friday. The duties include but not limited to: Oversee the daily operation of the shop Ensure health & safety policies are implemented Support and mentor volunteers Liaise with Shop Manager and Head Office Promote the company's values, mission and equal opportunities policy The Perfect Candidate Will Have/be: Previous Manager/Supervisor retail experience Flexible People skills Motivation Skills Communication Skills (Written and Oral) Retail Knowledge Stock management knowledge Computer literate with knowledge of Excel Face to face customer experience If this sounds like you, apply immediately as this role could start immediately.
