Overview
Job Title: Store Manager Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire Salary: £20-25,000 (Plus Bonus Scheme) Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, Rota Basis Our client is currently seeking an experienced store manager to join their Welwyn Garden City branch. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a small team, setting targets and also working in a target driven retail environment. Job Duties: · Managing a small customer service team including setting targets · Selling electronics face to face while delivering excellent customer at all times · Upselling and cross selling · General administration duties including creating weekly rotas and managing payroll · Carrying out stock checks Person Specification: · Previous experience managing a customer service / sales team · Experience working to KPIs and targets while also pushing teams to meet joint targets · Retail management experience · Technical background highly advantageous · Confident with excellent customer service skills Additional Information: · 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday · Pension Scheme · Commission structure Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
