RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FARNHAM, SURREY SALARY: £35K-£45K, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE My client is an established regional law based in Farnham. The firm have a requirement for a qualified Residential Conveyancer with NQ - 3 years experience to join their successful team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages. As well as managing your own case load, you will be actively involved in business development and the supervision of junior team members. Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have relevant experience.
